We are looking for a recruiter who can support hiring efforts by promoting open roles and finding qualified candidates through online channels, including social platforms and job boards. The right person will be comfortable reaching out to potential candidates, building interest in opportunities, and helping guide applicants through the early stages of the hiring process. This role calls for previous experience in talent acquisition or a related recruiting function, along with strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner. You should be able to write clear messages, speak confidently with candidates, and work effectively with internal hiring teams to understand staffing needs. The position is hybrid, offering a mix of remote and in-person work. We are seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage candidate outreach while maintaining a positive experience for applicants.
