Reconstruction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced reconstruction project manager to lead residential and commercial property restoration work from start to finish. The role involves overseeing multiple active jobs, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and keeping schedules, budgets, and quality standards on track. You will work closely with property owners, insurance representatives, suppliers, and other project partners to ensure each project moves forward smoothly and safely. This position is well suited to someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing several priorities at once. Day-to-day work includes reviewing property damage, preparing project scopes, managing work plans, arranging materials, visiting job sites, and confirming that work is completed to a professional standard. You will also handle documentation, track changes in scope, address delays or concerns, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has several years of project management experience along with a solid background in construction, restoration, or a related field. Experience with estimating and restoration software is an asset, as is familiarity with reconstruction methods, materials, and job sequencing. Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills are essential. A valid driver’s licence and acceptable driving record are required. This role includes regular site travel and may involve occasional overtime depending on project demands.
