We are seeking an experienced executive assistant to support a real estate team in a fully remote capacity. This role is suited to someone with prior administrative experience in the real estate sector and a strong background supporting busy professionals in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with client communication, maintaining records, and helping coordinate transactions and related paperwork. Familiarity with real estate forms, listing systems, and customer relationship management tools is important, along with the ability to learn internal workflows quickly and work independently. The ideal candidate has several years of executive support experience, plus direct experience in real estate administration within Ontario or a comparable market. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential. A private home office with reliable remote-work setup is required. This position offers flexible part-time to full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative team.
