Quality Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor to oversee daily quality activities in a warehouse and distribution environment. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound inspections, confirming shipments match customer orders, and making sure quality standards are consistently followed. You will help train operations staff on inspection procedures, support quality checks across different fulfillment models, and work closely with internal partners and external stakeholders to resolve product issues quickly. Key responsibilities include investigating packaging and receiving non-conformances, maintaining hold and quarantine processes for affected products, and supporting the review of items that do not meet date or handling requirements. You will also develop and maintain standard operating procedures, organize quality records for traceability, and assist with trend analysis, root-cause review, and corrective actions. Additional duties include validating product documents and batch records, supporting complaint and compliance tracking, and coordinating returns, rework, and destruction activities when required. The ideal candidate has a background in a scientific or related field, along with several years of quality assurance or regulatory experience in a regulated industry. Prior leadership experience is important, as is strong communication, organization, and the ability to work well across teams. Proficiency with common office software and a solid understanding of quality and distribution practices are expected.
