Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join a laboratory quality team supporting manufacturing and product release activities. In this role, you will test raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to confirm they meet defined specifications and quality standards. You will also review results, document findings carefully, and help investigate out-of-specification or nonconforming outcomes when they arise. Key responsibilities include performing routine QC testing, supporting batch release decisions, and carrying out stability, verification, and validation studies as needed. You will analyze data for trends or unusual results, review QC records for completeness and accuracy, and contribute to improvements in test methods and acceptance criteria. The role also involves supporting troubleshooting efforts, assisting with complaint or deviation investigations, and providing technical input to cross-functional partners such as manufacturing, development, and quality assurance. Additional duties include maintaining accurate quality documentation, following established procedures and regulatory requirements, supporting inventory-related activities, and keeping the laboratory organized and compliant. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with complex data, and able to communicate quality concerns clearly to ensure timely resolution and consistent product quality.
