Quality Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction quality professional to lead and strengthen a company-wide quality control program for civil infrastructure work. This role is suited to someone who enjoys building practical systems, supporting field teams, and helping projects meet high standards from start to finish. In this position, you will develop and maintain quality procedures, set clear inspection expectations, and work alongside project managers, superintendents, foremen, and safety staff to make quality part of day-to-day operations. You will oversee inspections and documentation for a range of civil construction activities, including site preparation, earthworks, underground services, concrete, structural elements, and landscape-related work. The role also involves reviewing project documents to identify quality requirements, coordinating testing and third-party inspections, tracking deficiencies, and ensuring corrective actions are completed. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate quality records, preparing reports, and identifying trends that help reduce rework and improve delivery. Coaching field personnel, supporting improvement initiatives, and helping teams solve recurring issues will also be important parts of the job. The successful candidate will have several years of relevant construction quality experience, strong document-reading skills, good organization, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple project stakeholders.
