Quality Assurance Supervisor

This role leads day-to-day quality assurance activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will guide a small team and help maintain an effective quality management system through investigations, documentation control, and continuous improvement work. The position is hands-on and involves coordinating and completing deviation, complaint, nonconformance, and out-of-specification investigations, then driving corrective actions through to closure. You will use structured root-cause methods to produce clear, well-supported reports that can stand up to internal and external review. You will also oversee periodic product quality reviews, support summary reporting and data trending, and help ensure the site stays prepared for audits and inspections. A key part of the job is writing and updating procedures, improving quality metrics, and identifying patterns that may point to larger process issues. In addition, you will coach team members, support their development, and help align quality work across functions such as operations, quality control, regulatory, and research and development. The ideal candidate brings experience in regulated quality systems, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Success in this role requires practical leadership, sound judgment, and a focus on building a stronger, more reliable quality system.
