Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and enhance our quality function within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves managing a team of Quality Control Inspectors and overseeing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external audits, addressing customer quality requirements, and serving as the primary authority for quality-related decisions. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Inspection and Test Plans, managing non-conformance reports and corrective actions, and tracking quality metrics to provide insightful reporting to management. The Quality Assurance Manager will also foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in fabrication, machining, or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. A strong understanding of fabrication, welding, and manufacturing quality requirements, as well as experience with ISO 9001:2015 systems, is essential. Proficiency in reading manufacturing drawings and familiarity with ERP systems are also required. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality excellence. A technical certification or degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
