Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a Proposal Specialist to join a project support team focused on preparing responses for competitive bids in the construction, engineering, or architecture sectors. In this role, you will help shape the technical and written components of RFQ and RFP submissions for major building and infrastructure work. You will take complex project information and turn it into clear, compelling content that supports the team’s win strategy and meets client requirements. Your responsibilities will include reviewing tender documents, organizing proposal plans and compliance tracking, and helping coordinate the proposal timeline. You will participate in bid meetings, support internal reviews, and work with key contributors to identify strengths, differentiators, and messaging that aligns with each opportunity. You will also write and edit content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a polished final submission. In addition, you will collaborate with design support to produce well-structured, visually effective proposal materials. The ideal candidate has experience managing proposals in a related industry, can handle multiple deadlines at once, and has strong writing and editing skills. Familiarity with document management tools and standard office software is important. Experience with design-build pursuits and bilingual communication skills are considered assets.
