We are seeking an experienced leader for a managerial role in a residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. As the Manager, you will oversee a high-performing team dedicated to delivering an excellent resident experience. Your responsibilities will include managing operations, financial performance, budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will have the autonomy to influence and grow within a supportive environment that values innovation and accountability. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth community operations, overseeing maintenance and lease administration, managing budgets, and collaborating with leasing staff to meet marketing goals. You will also be responsible for providing outstanding service to residents, resolving conflicts, fostering vendor relationships, and driving revenue through effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of on-site management experience, including leadership roles. Experience with budget management and proficiency in property management software is required.
