We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and team leadership. This role is essential in ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will supervise personnel, develop efficient systems, manage budgets, and provide strategic direction to the rental team.
Key responsibilities include supervising and guiding the rental team, managing daily operations, defining team roles to optimize performance, handling HR-related duties, and establishing KPIs for property operations. The Property Manager will conduct property showings, manage lease administration, and develop competitive rental pricing strategies while ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
The role also involves evaluating building conditions, coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing property inspections. Budget management, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities are critical components of this position.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with knowledge of building systems and property compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is necessary. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
