Property Manager, Commercial

Experienced Property Manager needed to oversee a commercial real estate portfolio in Ottawa. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, supporting asset strategies, and helping to deliver budget and performance objectives. The position also includes contributing to sustainability initiatives and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong service standards across the portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing property operations, monitoring budgets and forecasts, coordinating maintenance and service providers, and supporting plans to improve asset performance. The successful candidate will also help implement sustainability-related initiatives and ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property management, along with strong budgeting and organizational skills. Experience supporting sustainability efforts is an asset. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills are important. This is a hybrid role.
