We are seeking an experienced Project Support Manager to oversee support-focused initiatives for financial services clients. This role combines project leadership with the coordination of application and infrastructure support, with most work centered on application operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in banking or financial technology, along with a long track record of managing complex delivery and support engagements from planning through completion.
Responsibilities include building project plans, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating communication across stakeholders, and ensuring work is delivered to the expected quality standards. You will lead support activities at L2/L3 level, track incidents and escalations, and help maintain service commitments and response targets. The role also involves gathering requirements, documenting scope, reviewing functional and technical materials, and supporting change requests.
You will be expected to identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, prepare status updates, participate in governance meetings, and review project documentation. Additional duties may include contributing to proposals, supporting pre-sales discussions, assisting with proof-of-concept activities, preparing training materials, and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders. The position may also involve leading implementation work when needed.
Candidates should have extensive project management experience, a degree in a related field, strong knowledge of delivery methodologies, solid test management understanding, excellent communication skills, and a professional project management certification.
