Position Title: Project Specialist - Evaluation & Strategic Initiatives Employment Status: Permanent Full Time This is a new vacancy. Job Posting Deadline for Internal Candidates: June 16, 2026, at 5:00pm Hours of Work/Schedule: 35 hours per week (may include some evenings and weekends) Position Reports To: Manager, Evaluation & Strategic Initiatives Salary Range: Annualized salary range $75,000 – $90,000, commensurate with skills and experience, plus participation in group benefits and pension plan. Primary Work Location: Virtual and across various agency locations. Position Overview: The Project Specialist will support the delivery of strategic initiatives by providing coordinated project support, evaluation, performance monitoring, implementation, and change management activities. The role will contribute to a consistent and structured approach to project delivery, including planning, implementation, monitoring progress, assessing outcomes, and supporting the adoption of new processes. Effective stakeholder engagement and change management approaches will be essential to ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination & Delivery - Support the planning and delivery of projects and cross-functional initiatives - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation trackers - Track progress against deliverables and timelines, identifying risks and mitigation actions - Maintain project documentation, including logs for risks, issues, decisions, and actions - Coordinate meetings, workshops, and implementation activities across teams The ideal candidate will be highly organized and analytical, capable of integrating project delivery and evaluation within a complex healthcare environment.
