Project Sales Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced project sales professional with a background in construction estimating to support pricing, proposals, and client-facing bid work. In this role, you will review drawings, specifications, and other project documents to define scope and develop accurate cost estimates. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather the information needed for competitive proposals and reliable budgets. Key responsibilities include preparing estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work; reviewing supplier and subcontractor pricing; and comparing bid options for accuracy and competitiveness. You may also participate in site reviews to better understand project conditions and identify any risks or opportunities that could affect cost or scheduling. In addition, you will help present proposal details to clients, including pricing summaries and project timelines, while supporting coordination between sales, estimating, and project delivery teams. The ideal candidate has several years of construction estimating experience, strong numerical skills, and the ability to read plans and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required, along with excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with tendering, budgeting, and project coordination is an asset.
