Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a range of construction-related projects and work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. This role suits someone who is organized, dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable coordinating multiple priorities at once. Both early-career candidates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. The Project Manager will review plans and specifications, help set up new jobs in internal systems, and handle purchase orders, vendor billing, and client invoicing. You will also coordinate schedules, staffing, equipment, material orders, and subcontractor activity to keep projects moving efficiently. A key part of the role is monitoring job costs and revenue, identifying issues early, and making adjustments to support strong project performance. Additional duties include arranging required permits, inspections, and closeout steps, supporting field teams through site visits, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors, clients, and trade partners. You will also assist with subcontractor selection, scope review, and pricing comparisons while building positive working relationships throughout the project lifecycle. A background in construction, civil work, or electrical-related projects is preferred. Candidates should be able to read drawings, communicate clearly, resolve issues professionally, and use common business software. A valid driver’s license is required.
