Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of creative and digital work across branding, websites, and related services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, solving problems quickly, and keeping clients and internal teams aligned throughout each phase of a project. You will act as the main point of contact for day-to-day project communication, helping manage expectations, track progress, and ensure work stays on schedule, within scope, and aligned to budget. A key part of the role is working closely with cross-functional teams to organize tasks, identify risks early, support resource planning, and keep deliverables moving forward. You will also contribute regular status updates and insights to project leadership. The right candidate is an organized, thoughtful communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in a digital agency or similar environment is preferred, along with familiarity with web design and development workflows, project planning, estimating, and risk management. Comfort using common project tracking, messaging, and collaboration tools is important, as is a working knowledge of content management platforms. Additional exposure to search, analytics, workshop facilitation, or client-facing account work would be an asset. Salary is expected to fall within a range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
