Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client implementation and transformation work in healthcare and digital service environments. In this role, you will manage multiple projects at once for clients in both the public and private sectors, coordinating activities from planning through launch and handoff to ongoing operations. You will act as the central contact for clients, internal teams, clinical and operational stakeholders, and external partners. The work will involve defining project scope, building schedules and resource plans, tracking budgets and risks, and keeping stakeholders informed through clear reporting and governance routines. You will also support workshops, requirements discussions, and change management efforts to help ensure successful adoption of new services and processes. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in complex, regulated environments. Experience supporting healthcare-related implementations, service transitions, or technology-enabled operations is valuable. Familiarity with public sector or other stakeholder-heavy client work is also an asset. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and several years of progressive project management experience. Professional project management certification would be considered an advantage.
