Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee emergency response and property restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. In this role, you will be the primary field contact, helping coordinate work, manage client expectations, and keep projects moving efficiently, safely, and within budget. Responsibilities include evaluating sites, preparing estimates and project documentation, organizing schedules, permits, inspections, and subcontractor activity, and maintaining accurate records in internal and external systems. You will also support billing and collections, track project finances, and ensure work aligns with applicable insurance and regulatory requirements. Clear communication with property owners, insurers, consultants, and other stakeholders will be an important part of the position. You will help respond to urgent situations, monitor job site safety, and promote the proper use of tools, equipment, and protective gear. In addition, you may provide coaching and support to team members as needed. The ideal candidate has several years of project management experience in construction, restoration, or a related field, along with strong organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Familiarity with standard office software and project documentation tools is an asset. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Some travel, extended hours, and physical activity may be necessary.
