Project Manager Location: On-site We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals with construction experience who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. This position focuses on supporting project management efforts. The successful candidate will assist senior project managers with scheduling, documentation, communication, budgeting, cost tracking, and project follow-up to ensure that work is completed efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines. Track project progress and update schedules. Communicate with subcontractors, field teams, consultants, clients, and internal team members. Maintain project documentation, reports, files, and records. Support budgeting, cost tracking, and job costing using Excel. Help ensure project tasks are completed on schedule. Assist senior project managers with day-to-day project coordination. Support communication between office and field teams. Help identify issues early and support timely solutions. Maintain organized records and project updates. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in construction or related project coordination. Experience with building envelopes, parking garages, waterproofing, or similar projects preferred. Strong organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license required. Comfortable learning and using construction/project management software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Team-oriented, accountable, respectful, and professional attitude. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Pay and Benefits Full-time, permanent position. Pay: CA$65,000 - CA$85,000 per year, based on experience.
