We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. The successful candidate will assist senior project managers with scheduling, documentation, communication, budgeting, cost tracking, and project follow-up to ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities include: - Assisting with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines - Tracking project progress and updating schedules - Communicating with subcontractors, field teams, consultants, clients, and internal team members - Maintaining project documentation, reports, files, and records - Supporting budgeting, cost tracking, and job costing using Excel - Ensuring project tasks are completed on schedule - Assisting senior project managers with day-to-day project coordination - Supporting communication between office and field teams - Identifying issues early and supporting timely solutions - Maintaining organized records and project updates Qualifications include: - 3-5 years of experience in construction or related project coordination - Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Valid driver's license - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Team-oriented and professional attitude - Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of CA$65,000 - CA$85,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include eligibility for a performance-based bonus program, health, dental, vision, and extended benefits, paid time off, on-site parking, and long-term growth opportunities. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, on-site.
