Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee property damage repair and rebuild jobs from the first site visit through final sign-off. This role involves managing multiple residential and light commercial projects at once, keeping work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with approved scope and quality expectations. You will gather site details, take measurements and photos, and build clear work plans and cost estimates using standard estimating software. You will also identify changes in scope, prepare supporting documentation, and coordinate approvals when updates are needed. A major part of the job is keeping communication clear between property owners, tenants, insurers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members. The right candidate can balance fieldwork with office responsibilities, including scheduling labor and materials, tracking job costs, monitoring margins, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records throughout each project. You will also oversee technicians and subcontractors, verify readiness before work starts, and inspect completed work to confirm it meets required standards, codes, and company procedures. Strong organization, sound judgment, and effective communication are essential. Experience in reconstruction, insurance-related work, or construction project management is preferred. Occasional after-hours support may be required for urgent situations.
