Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee property restoration and rebuild work from the initial call through final completion. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, subcontractors, clients, and insurance representatives while keeping projects moving efficiently, safely, and within budget. The successful candidate will scope jobs, prepare accurate estimates, organize schedules, and manage day-to-day project details across multiple assignments. You will be expected to monitor quality, maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, and ensure documentation is kept current and organized. A strong focus on customer service, problem-solving, and team leadership is essential. This position suits someone with several years of project management experience in restoration, construction, or a related field. A solid understanding of building methods, codes, and jobsite coordination is important. Carpentry experience or a related trade background is considered an asset. Familiarity with common office software, estimating tools, and online systems is helpful. Industry certifications related to water, fire, or structural drying are an advantage, and training may be provided. A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record are required. The compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 per year, along with a company vehicle, benefits, and paid training.
