Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through to closeout. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Superintendents, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include leading all aspects of project execution, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with client goals, priorities, and quality expectations. You will develop and implement project charters, execution plans, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation plans. Additionally, you will coordinate estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, tendering, and contract administration activities, while preparing and managing project budgets and forecasts. You will provide constructability input during design development, review project documentation for clarity and completeness, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
