Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will lead day-to-day project execution, coordinate with site teams and external partners, and help ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while supporting profitable project outcomes. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining project schedules, tracking costs and forecasts, preparing budgets and estimates, managing change requests and contract documentation, and overseeing procurement and billing activities. You will also review drawings and specifications for constructability, monitor progress, address issues as they arise, and help drive quality control and closeout activities through to completion. The role includes supporting site teams with occupancy-related requirements, managing final payments and deficiencies, and completing post-project reviews. The ideal candidate brings several years of project management experience in commercial or multi-unit construction, with a track record of handling mid-sized projects successfully. Strong knowledge of safety practices, contract administration, and project management software is required, along with solid communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred.
