Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom project delivery from initial planning through final completion. In this role, you will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to keep work organized, on schedule, and aligned with quality expectations. You will be responsible for developing clear project plans, defining scope and milestones, and coordinating the people, materials, and equipment needed to keep projects moving efficiently. The role involves managing several assignments at once, adjusting priorities as needs change, and maintaining regular communication with internal stakeholders to support smooth execution. A key part of the position is serving as the main contact for clients. You will provide timely updates, manage expectations, address concerns early, and help build strong working relationships based on trust and responsiveness. You will also guide cross-functional teams, encourage collaboration, and look for practical ways to improve processes, reduce waste, and support consistent delivery. In addition, you will monitor progress against design requirements, quality standards, and applicable project documentation, helping identify issues early and follow through on resolutions.
