Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead marine and civil construction work, with a focus on planning, coordination, and day-to-day delivery. The role involves overseeing schedules, budgets, documentation, change control, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and client communication from start to finish. You will work with site supervision, field crews, consultants, inspectors, and internal teams to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and in line with contract requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, tracking progress, managing risks and delays, coordinating permits and access, and addressing issues related to site conditions, weather, and work sequencing. This position suits someone with a solid construction background, good judgment, and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in marine, shoreline, dredging, environmental, or water-adjacent construction would be an asset, along with familiarity with equipment coordination and field logistics. The role is project-based and may require flexibility in hours depending on site needs and schedule demands. Compensation is expected to be around $100,000 annually, with final pay based on experience and qualifications.
