We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to establish, lead, and optimize PMO practices across a portfolio of enterprise initiatives. This hybrid role will involve both onsite and remote work, focusing on governance, portfolio visibility, delivery standardization, and executive reporting to ensure projects align with organizational strategy and are delivered efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing enterprise-level project portfolios, driving process improvements, and collaborating with senior leadership to enhance delivery maturity.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing a centralized PMO function across multiple projects, defining and enforcing project governance frameworks and standards, overseeing portfolio-level planning and reporting, and implementing structured project intake and resource allocation processes. The PMO will also monitor project health, risks, and financial performance, develop executive dashboards, and facilitate steering committee meetings.
Required qualifications include over 5 years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role. Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to create and implement PMO frameworks, possess experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and experience with budgeting and portfolio reporting are also essential.
Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications and experience in digital transformation or enterprise IT initiatives.
