Project Estimator

We are looking for a Project Estimator to support a construction team in preparing timely and accurate pricing for industrial fueling-related projects. In this role, you will review quote requests, assess drawings, specifications, and tender materials, and build competitive estimates that align with customer needs and internal standards. You will work closely with sales, technical, and project delivery teams to help ensure bids are complete, compliant, and submitted on time. Key responsibilities include managing incoming quotation requests, analyzing project scope and technical requirements, preparing costed proposals, and tracking bid status through follow-up and review. You will also maintain organized records for future reference, audits, and reporting, while using ERP and office software to enter and manage estimate data. Staying informed about market conditions, supplier updates, and industry practices will also be part of the role. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, with post-secondary education in business or a related area considered an asset. Previous experience in estimating or construction is required, along with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems. The ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents, work with deadlines, and communicate clearly is essential.
