Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, tracking, and successful completion of projects tied to manufactured display and fixture work. This position is best suited to someone with at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners. In this role, you will help keep projects moving from start to finish by maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, updating records, and supporting day-to-day coordination tasks. You will work closely with different departments to help ensure deadlines are met and project information stays accurate and up to date. Familiarity with project tracking tools and business systems is important, along with the ability to learn new software quickly. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential. The position is onsite and offers a starting salary from $60,000 per year.
