Project Coordinator
Location: Ontario (with occasional travel across project sites)
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support project execution and ensure seamless operations from procurement to contract management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers to oversee schedules and budgets, ensuring projects remain on track.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project documentation and facilitate communication across teams. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities. Oversee project budgets to ensure financial accuracy. Conduct site reviews to monitor timelines and deliverables. Assist with risk management and troubleshooting to prevent delays or cost overruns. Collaborate with clients and vendors to meet all requirements and maintain clear communications. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations while maintaining accurate project records. Support the team in obtaining necessary permits and meeting legal requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience. Proficiency in project management software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental standards. Ability to anticipate challenges and propose proactive solutions. Excellent attention to detail and task prioritization skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay & Benefits
Full-time, permanent position. Base salary range: $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience. Paid time off and professional development opportunities. Competitive benefits package available.
