The Project Controls Specialist will be instrumental in supporting multiple concurrent construction and infrastructure projects across various locations, with potential expansion into new regions. This role involves integrating schedule, cost, and risk data to provide a comprehensive view of project performance, ensuring that all tasks remain within scope.
Key responsibilities include providing project controls support to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget, while building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. The specialist will collaborate on essential project documentation, perform ongoing analysis to identify scheduling variances and risks, and accurately incorporate change orders into master schedules.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in scope control, change management processes, and cost impact assessments. They will support monthly reporting deliverables, review design specifications to develop realistic project costs, and maintain documentation protocols. Additionally, the specialist will lead project costing meetings and assist executive sponsors with various activities, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation management.
Qualifications include a minimum of 4 years of experience in project controls or a related field, strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management software, and excellent communication abilities. A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered.
