Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Pay: $71,070 per annum + Benefits This position involves rotating shifts, including both days and overnight, with 12-hour work periods. We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee an Outreach program. The role encompasses program development, service delivery, program evaluations, reporting, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include managing crises, conducting critical incident debriefings, and overseeing staff performance. Key responsibilities involve leading by example to ensure compassionate client service, supervising and mentoring staff, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring adequate shift coverage. The Program Manager will respond to crises, support staff and clients through debriefings, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and accreditation standards. Building relationships with community partners and stakeholders, managing budgets, and overseeing accurate reporting are also essential. The ideal candidate will possess post-secondary education in a relevant Human Services field, along with several years of experience working with vulnerable populations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. The candidate should demonstrate sound judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive an agency vehicle are necessary, along with a commitment to safety and confidentiality.
