Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing strategic programs and low voltage security system projects from initiation to completion. Reporting to senior management, this role includes client and account management, technology assessment, solution design, estimating and quoting support, program execution, and ensuring client satisfaction across various sectors. As the primary lead on assigned programs, the Program Manager will guide cross-functional teams, manage resources across multiple projects, and maintain strong relationships with key clients. This position requires a technically proficient and commercially aware individual capable of evaluating environments, recommending solutions, and driving programs from opportunity through delivery. Success hinges on effective leadership, disciplined program management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality systems on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include leading low voltage programs and projects, managing project schedules and resource plans, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing the installation of security and low voltage equipment. The Program Manager will also conduct site assessments, support technology selection and solution design, and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should have proven experience in program or project management within low voltage or technology integration, strong technical knowledge of security systems, and the ability to assess environments and recommend solutions.
