Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of technology-focused programs from early planning through final completion. This role combines client management, technical assessment, solution planning, estimating support, and day-to-day execution across a range of commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential settings. As the main point of contact for assigned accounts, the Program Manager coordinates multiple teams and ensures work progresses smoothly across several concurrent projects. The position requires someone who can evaluate site conditions, recommend practical solutions, manage schedules and resources, and keep projects aligned with scope, budget, quality, and safety expectations. Key responsibilities include overseeing program delivery, supporting cost estimates and proposals, coordinating procurement and subcontractors, managing risk, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. The role also involves regular site visits, progress meetings, issue resolution, and hands-on support when needed to troubleshoot technical problems. In addition, the Program Manager helps identify upgrade opportunities by reviewing existing environments and determining what improvements are required. Strong relationship management is essential, along with the ability to balance operational priorities with commercial goals. Experience in technology systems, project coordination, and team leadership is important for success in this position.
