Productivity Solutions Consultant

This role supports organizations as they improve collaboration, content management, and workplace productivity through cloud-based technology projects. The consultant works directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and guide solution design, delivery, and adoption. Key responsibilities include leading readiness assessments, scoping work, and supporting implementations, migrations, and ongoing managed services. The position also involves contributing to sales conversations, providing technical input to internal teams, and helping resolve escalations when issues arise. A strong focus of the job is improving the user experience and helping clients get lasting value from the tools they adopt. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing several priorities at once, working within project deadlines, and adjusting to occasional after-hours work or travel when required. This is a full-time salaried position with expected compensation in the range of $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
