Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a manufacturing environment focused on component assembly and related production processes. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting staff performance, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure equipment is used effectively and maintained on schedule. Key duties include supervising production activities, assigning work, and coaching team members to support productivity and a positive workplace culture. You will help monitor attendance records, reinforce workplace policies, and support training efforts to build team skills. The position also involves reviewing output for quality issues, working with internal teams to resolve production challenges, and helping put corrective actions in place when standards are not met. A strong focus on efficiency is important. The successful candidate will look for bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and support ongoing efforts to improve throughput, reduce delays, and strengthen overall performance. Safety is a core part of the role, including promoting safe work practices, participating in required training, completing hazard reviews, and supporting compliance with applicable health and safety requirements. Candidates should have several years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a related industrial setting. Experience with production processes, quality control, maintenance coordination, and safety procedures would be an asset.
