Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Full-time Reporting to a senior supervisor, this role leads a production team with a focus on employee safety, food quality and safety, regulatory compliance, customer service, and employee engagement. Working closely with other supervisors, the successful candidate will help meet daily production priorities while supporting continuous improvement across the operation. Responsibilities include supervising up to 60 employees and ensuring safe work practices and food-safety requirements are followed at all times. The role also involves managing time and attendance, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution, as well as creating and maintaining schedules to support production targets. Additional duties include troubleshooting production issues as needed and contributing to departmental improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and leads by example. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a team-focused approach to problem solving. A commitment to safety, accountability, and respectful leadership is important.
