Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced plant environment. This full-time, permanent role is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and consistent production while helping the team meet quality, schedule, and output goals. In this position, you will coordinate staff on the floor, monitor production activity, and help resolve issues that affect workflow, equipment use, or delivery timing. You will work closely with plant leadership and other internal teams to ensure work is completed according to established standards and procedures. Part of the role includes training and supporting team members, reinforcing safety practices, and promoting strong communication across shifts. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with proven ability to supervise others and manage priorities in a hands-on environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are important, along with the ability to maintain standards in a busy production setting. Familiarity with quality control, safety compliance, and continuous improvement practices is an asset.
