Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor A manufacturing facility is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly production staff and support day-to-day operations. This role reports to the Production Manager and focuses on health and safety, product quality, resource optimization, and employee development. The successful candidate will work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights. Key responsibilities include creating a positive and productive work environment, coaching and training team members, supporting compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements, monitoring production performance, and preparing related reports. The supervisor will also lead team meetings and training sessions, support process improvements, assist with capital and operational projects, and help implement the annual health and safety plan. Additional duties may include operating production equipment when required. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting. A post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, science, or a related technical field is an asset. Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; experience with Oracle or Kronos is an asset.
