Production Supervisor- Day Shift

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for the day shift to oversee all aspects of production in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices, while managing production efficiencies, quality control, and cost minimization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, providing coaching and feedback to team leaders and staff, and training and evaluating production personnel. The role requires effective communication and relationship-building on the production floor to foster teamwork and commitment. Additionally, the Production Supervisor will participate in root cause analysis, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support the development and maintenance of quality systems. The candidate should possess strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on safety and effective communication. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required, along with a diploma or post-secondary education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. The salary range for this position is approximately $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
