Production Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on production supervisor for a unionized manufacturing environment with a daytime schedule. In this role, you will lead a team of about 50 employees with the support of several team leads, while working closely with production management to keep daily operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for a visible, people-focused leader who enjoys being present on the production floor as well as coordinating priorities, solving issues, and supporting process improvements. You will oversee day-to-day production activities, help guide and coach supervisors and operators, and make sure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. A key part of the job is maintaining a positive work climate and contributing to strong collaboration across departments. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of experience supervising in a manufacturing setting, including experience in a unionized environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, with a structured and proactive approach. Leadership presence and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. Knowledge of welding is considered an important asset.
