Production Operations Manager

The Production Operations Manager will oversee the Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams, ensuring optimal operational performance in production planning, execution, and continuous improvement. This role involves maintaining visibility on long-term production demand and capacity, enhancing ERP effectiveness, and driving performance through data analysis and team leadership. Key responsibilities include leading the teams to achieve delivery, cost, quality, and efficiency targets, mentoring and guiding engineers to foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and managing deadlines and priorities in an Agile environment. The manager will also ensure operational performance aligns with business and customer requirements, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee production flow and shop layout. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Candidates should have over 12 years of relevant experience in high-reliability electronics production, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Experience with quality management systems, ERP systems, and testing digital electronics is essential.
