Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a hands-on operations leader to support the launch and day-to-day running of an apparel production business. This onsite role involves overseeing the full workflow from incoming orders through to final delivery, while ensuring products meet quality standards and operations stay organized and efficient. The right candidate will bring strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a practical approach to quality control. You will help coordinate production activities, keep tasks on track, and support smooth order fulfillment across the business. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and working in a fast-moving environment. Experience in a similar role is an asset, but a specific number of years is not required. Compensation is in the range of $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and fit.
