Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, technical environment. This role is responsible for coordinating daily assembly, testing, quality checks, inventory control, and production flow so that output meets schedule, cost, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can turn production goals into clear plans, manage shifting priorities, and keep teams aligned across production, engineering, procurement, logistics, and quality. In this position, you will supervise and support manufacturing staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. You will help establish work processes, maintain documentation, monitor key performance measures, and drive improvements in safety, accountability, and efficiency. You will also help resolve quality issues, support corrective actions, and ensure traceability throughout the build process. Experience with work orders, inventory management, and coordination with outside manufacturing partners is important. The role also includes practical shop-floor involvement as needed, such as mechanical assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and rework. Strong communication skills, familiarity with manufacturing software, and the ability to read technical drawings and manuals are essential. A background in electronics or advanced manufacturing would be an asset, along with experience handling regulated materials and operating in a production setting with strict quality standards.
