Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and help ensure efficient, high-quality output. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, managing workflow, and supporting a team so that delivery targets and customer expectations are met. Key responsibilities include planning schedules, tracking inventory and material needs, and working with internal teams to keep production on track. You will help prepare budgets, review purchasing needs, and support decisions related to equipment, resources, and maintenance. The position also involves monitoring output, identifying issues, and taking action to maintain product quality and consistency. In addition, you will supervise production staff, assess performance, and help maintain a safe and organized work environment. A strong candidate will be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and reporting on production activity to leadership. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, safety requirements, and budgeting is important. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills are also essential. Proficiency with common office software and business systems is preferred. A degree in business, operations, or a related area is an asset. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
