Production Manager, Landscape Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee landscape maintenance and seasonal winter services for a busy property services team. This full-time, year-round role is responsible for coordinating daily work, supporting supervisors, and making sure crews are equipped to complete assignments safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The position involves scheduling and directing multiple teams, adjusting plans as workloads, weather, or client needs change, and keeping field operations running smoothly through seasonal transitions. You will spend time visiting job sites, monitoring quality, resolving issues, and providing practical support where needed. During the winter season, you will help manage on-call service, staffing, equipment readiness, and response to snow and ice events. A strong focus on safety, communication, and accountability is essential. You will help train and develop crew leaders, take part in hiring and performance management when needed, and maintain compliance with internal procedures and workplace safety requirements. The role also includes regular contact with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and service concerns are handled quickly.
