Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a food processing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining product quality, supporting efficient workflow, and ensuring production targets are met safely and consistently. You will lead operational improvement efforts, identify and reduce risks, and help manage departmental budgets while keeping performance aligned with business goals. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to solve problems effectively and coordinate with teams across different functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support planning, execution, and ongoing process enhancements. A hands-on approach and the ability to guide teams through change are important for success in this role. Candidates should have several years of experience in a processing or manufacturing setting, including prior people-management experience. This is an onsite position offering a competitive salary in the range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
