Product Specialist

Job Title: Product Specialist Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | In-Office Salary: $70,000-$90,000 We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Sales and Business Development Manager. In this role, you will engage with new and existing customers, including architects, engineers, contractors, developers, interior designers, and distributors, to promote our range of products and services. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers within the construction industry across North America. Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with contractors and designers, exceeding client expectations, and strategically pursuing project opportunities through various channels. You will also conduct market research, deliver presentations, and provide product demonstrations. Occasional travel for trade shows and networking events may be required. To succeed in this role, you should possess a post-secondary education or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of five years in customer service or B2B sales. Experience in a construction or design-related field is advantageous. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office are essential. A proven track record of exceeding targets and a deep understanding of the industry will be critical to your success.
