Product Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced product leader to manage an assigned portfolio from strategy through execution and ongoing performance. In this role, you will turn portfolio priorities into practical plans, coordinate delivery across teams, and keep work aligned with customer needs, organizational goals, and commercial targets. Two openings are available, supporting different portfolio areas within the business, and the assignment may evolve over time. You will own the portfolio roadmap, decide what gets prioritized, and ensure initiatives are sequenced based on value, impact, and available capacity. Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners, you will balance trade-offs, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed through regular review and decision forums. This position also carries commercial responsibility. You will track revenue, margin, and cost trends, help shape pricing and packaging decisions, and use performance data and market feedback to guide investments and lifecycle choices, including product improvements and retirement planning. In addition, you will lead agile execution for assigned initiatives, maintain the backlog, clarify scope and delivery expectations, and help remove obstacles that could affect timelines or outcomes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong day-to-day execution. It is a hybrid national role based in Canada, with remote options available.
