We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches. This role encompasses positioning, messaging, launch execution, and performance tracking, making it essential for driving growth and revenue. You will be responsible for defining how products are introduced to the market, ensuring that our CRM and analytics systems accurately reflect live offerings, and coordinating across various marketing channels to ensure successful launches.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining product positioning and messaging frameworks that effectively communicate benefits to different buyer personas and regions. You will manage the necessary infrastructure to support product launches, including setting up custom properties and dashboards to track performance metrics. Additionally, you will coordinate efforts across paid, organic, and growth channels, ensuring alignment on messaging and tracking the effectiveness of each channel.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of product marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on go-to-market launches in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in creating positioning statements and messaging frameworks is essential, along with hands-on experience using CRM tools. Strong coordination skills across various marketing channels and the ability to adapt messaging for different geographies are critical. Success in this role will be measured against key performance indicators related to pipeline contribution and product adoption.
